The Iconic project will soon see the light of day - Nice City

Architect Daniel Libeskind's Iconic project in the center of Nice is on its final stages for delivery in spring 2023.

Between the Liberation area and the Thier train station, there is a huge glass and diamond-shaped building with more than 19,000 sqm. Inside, there will be several luxury shops, restaurants, offices, leisure activites and a Hilton hotel. These new infrastructures will reinforce the tourist image of Nice, but also, promote the animation of the area.

This building has a strong character and is very atypical in the Nice landscape. The contemporary architect Daniel Libeskind chose with his collaborators to realize a building of scale to modernize the city of Nice.

It has been much criticized, but today we are delighted to have this achievement in the heart of the city.

Initially, the auditorium will open with 400 seats, followed by restaurants, shops and the famous Hilton hotel with 125 rooms.
